As
a part of the technology policy of the district I was in, parents fill
out a permission card on each of their students allowing, or
disallowing, the use of their student's pictures or samples of their
work on the internet. All of my students were granted permission by
their parents. To ensure that I was following the guidelines I
created a seperate permission slip for the students in my class to
obtain parental permission to use student pictures and artwork for my
MCOATT Portfolio. The following link is a copy the permission slip I
created and used.
