First,
we get note cards to write each of the spelling words on. We also
get a ring and a hole puncher to “hook” the note cards together. Each night
we have different assignments to complete on the cards and words. For instance,
we have to write the meanings for each of the words one night, the second
night we have to draw a picture of what each of the definitions mean to
us on the back of the note card. And then, sometimes, we might have to
write a sentence using the word the correct way. When Friday comes,
we take a test to make sure we were studying our spelling. Everyone
is doing great on the note cards and spelling… so far.
