MTE 210 Special Announcemnts

• November 20, 2008: The due date for the second project (special homework assignment on geometry) is postponed to December 4, 8 AM.

• September 25, 2008: Let's postpone the first test from October 2 to October 7.

• September 4, 2008: If you want to use the eighth edition of our textbook instead of the ninth, then you will find the following Web page very useful: http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~liptak/. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll find the textbook maps that tell you what exercises in the old edition correspond to the exercises in the current edition.

• September 4, 2008: If you forgot to pick up a blue sheet (the take-home assignment due Tuesday), you can find a copy outside my office door, and you can find a copy under "special homework assignments (projects)" on the course home page (Assignment 0).

• July 3, 2008: If you want to add the course and need my signature, just come to the first class with an add slip. Make sure that you have met the prerequisite for the course.

• July 3, 2008: You are encouraged to attend the DACTM Fall Conference. See the DACTM link on the links page for details. Extra credit in MTE 210 is available for attendance.
